Ear infection again...
Well, Molly is finally better...except we took her to the Dr. on Friday (before going to Tulsa) because she was cranky and not eating. And guess what? Another ear infection. Geez. So we're on our 3rd try of amox, a different kind. This kind appears to be the worse. It gives her the worst diaherrea and her bottom is raw red. She walks in pain. It kills her for us to change her diaper. I feel so sorry for her.
On another note, we survived leaving her for 2 nights at her grandparent's house in Tulsa while Peter and I relaxed at the DoubleTree. You can read more about that trip here. This was the first time we had left her. She didn't seem to mind in the least. She had a blast.

What a ham...a sick ham that is.
This is a photo of Molly about 5 hours before the gut wrenching stomach virus started again (as you remember...she just had it at the beginning of March). She was totally fine at 5:00 in the afternoon...totally fine right up until 10:00 pm. Then the vomiting started and didn't stop until about 4 am I think. Every 5 minutes, dry heaving. I freaked, called a few friends and the nurse on call and then finally went to bed with Molly right next to me to direct the vomit. I tried to follow the nurse's instuctions about waiting 2 hours until I give her water and then give her 1 teaspoon full every 15 minutes (if she keeps it down.) About 3 in the morning, Molly was crying so much for water that I just gave her the cup and she drank the entire cupful. Luckily she kept it down. What a night! I don't wish those kinds of nights on anyone. She is feeling much better today but her cousin Rielyn now has it. We think this came from the YMCA's childcare center (where Chrissey takes the kids when she does Pilates.) I just hate that we think she's gaining weight and then bam...stomach virus and she drops back down to 20. I have the eternal 20 lb. child. Hopefully not.

Switching Jackets
Molly has learned from Elmo how to put on a jacket...but sometimes it's the wrong jacket. :-) Daddy encouraged the fun.

Bath Fun
Sorry I haven't updated in a while. This double ear infection stuff isn't fun. Molly's first round of amox didn't work so we're on to augmentin. Here is a pic of her feeling better.
