I took last week off and headed to Tennessee with Molly, Chrissey, Rielyn, Ashlyn (all in same car), Katie and Bryson. Oh what fun it was! In between two kids being carsick and "Mommy, she's looking at me" we had a blast! Really we did! The drive was long but it was all worth it once we got to Tennessee. We went to the coolest pumpkin patch owned by some people at the church of Christ that my aunt and uncle attend. Then we played endlessly in the gymnastics center my uncle co-owns called "Let it Shine." They give us new leotards everytime we come - they are so nice! And Molly loves wearing hers! We really need to enroll her in gymnastics or something that she can jump wildly in because that seems to be the phase now. Click on the picture above to see more photos of our trip. And by the way, this is Molly's way of smiling and showing off. Lovely. :-)
It has begun. Since giving Molly more choices, life has become very interesting for us. When asked, "what do you want to wear today, Molly?" her answer is, "Tinkybell." All the time, night, morning, whenever...she throws a fit if she's not wearing Tinkybell pj's. So don't give us funny looks when you see us out with Molly and her Tinkybell jammy's. :-) What is funny is that she doesn't even know who Tinkerbell is except that it is on her shirt. We've never watched Peter Pan with her yet. Also, as of late, she's been scared of her room - big shadows, dark, etc. And she'll cry and cry before she goes to bed. I'm not sure what to do - I've tried changing nightlights, moving the nightlight and more but hasn't helped yet.
